Everyone has a story; every life is entwined with others producing a masterpiece. Some chapters detail our routines, others are ups and our downs, and there is drama and humor. When cancer enters our life we often feel like we have lost control of that story and a rogue author has taken over. It is possible to continue to write your own story when the unthinkable happens. Come and learn how to use journaling as a way to take control of your story again.
