The word “mudra” means gesture. Yoga mudras are hand positions that can benefit our health by guiding circulation and energy to specific areas of the body/mind. This class will be done seated in chairs – no yoga clothes or items required. This is yoga anyone can enjoy! Join us to experience a wide variety of gentle yet effective mudras.
